What's the cancelation policy?
Please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

Most treatments are completed within 30–60 minutes. Some services, like IV therapy or NAD+, may take longer depending on the dose. You'll be informed of timing when booking.

How often should I come in?
That depends on your goals and the treatment. For example, facials are great monthly, while laser hair removal is typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart. We'll create a custom plan during your visit.
