1. Services Provided

Him. Medspa & Wellness offers elective, cosmetic, and wellness treatments. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services unless accompanied by a legal guardian and approved by a licensed provider. Some services may require age verification.

3. Consultations

We offer complimentary consultations to evaluate individual goals and determine the most suitable treatments. However, results may vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Financing and membership plans are available for select services and subject to approval and terms. We do not accept any form of insurance.

6. No Insurance Coverage

All treatments provided are considered elective and cosmetic in nature. As such, they are not eligible for reimbursement under most insurance plans.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or products purchased. However, in the case of a documented medical issue, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations.

8. Health Disclosure

By receiving services, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or other health concerns. Him. Medspa & Wellness is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health information.

9. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide excellent results, individual outcomes may vary based on health, age, genetics, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No guarantee of results is implied or stated.
